This Position reports to: Sales Operations Manager.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role at ABB Electrification, regional distribution center in Sweden, you will manage Trade Compliance, Transportation processes, and Sustainability initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations and company guidelines while optimizing the receipt and shipment of goods.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and maintaining accurate trade compliance records through local trade reviews and audits, and conducting necessary screening activities in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS).
Providing oversight and guidance on export control and customs compliance to local businesses, and supporting the selection of forwarders and customs brokers, verifying billing accuracy, and managing issue resolution with transport service providers.
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize transportation processes and enhance operational efficiency, while driving sustainability initiatives by implementing group-wide programs and fostering behavioral change within the organization.
Monitoring external trends related to sustainability and providing consultation to businesses as required.

Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in trade compliance, transportation management, and sustainability practices.
Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance processes.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in SAP ECC, SAP Global Trade Services (GTS), Office 365 and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your role and responsibilities
ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control, and measurement solutions—enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from the substation to the point of consumption. As an Order Management Specialist, you are the first point of contact for customers and business partners within ABB Electrification in Sweden. You will mainly be responsible for:
You will report to the Swedish Customer Operations Manager and leverage your customer service skills and knowledge to support the Swedish Sales team in handling customer inquiries.
Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related inquiries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve requests.
Proactively monitor the status of orders, deliveries, and invoicing processes.
Ensure clear, continuous, and complete communication with customers.
Ensure all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner and support necessary escalations and expediting.
Provide a positive customer experience by offering regular updates, clarifications, and explanations.
Master Customer Operations processes and policies to ensure consistency and efficiency in all our deliverables.
Think outside the box, identify areas for improvement, and explore new service development opportunities.

Qualifications for the role
2-3 years of experience in Customer Operations/Customer Services, focusing on order handling, customer communication, and delivery monitoring.
An agile and proactive mindset with a proven ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with strong self-management skills.
Experience in coordinating, engaging, and collaborating with other functions within ABB.
Strong knowledge of SAP and experience in evaluating and improving electronic order flows.
Experience with Sales Force is a plus but not mandatory.
Fluency in both Swedish and English.

Your role and responsibilities
Are you an experienced Demand Planner with a keen eye for detail and expertise in SAP? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where forecasting accuracy and inventory optimization are key to business success? If so, we want to hear from you!


We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure our supply meets market needs efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using SAP (Anaplan is a plus), leveraging historical data, market trends, and statistical models to predict future demand.
Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels, minimizing stockouts and reducing excess inventory.
Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to align on forecasts and support business strategies.
Utilize SAP and Anaplan for data analysis, scenario planning, and reporting while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Prepare and present demand planning reports to leadership, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving measures in the supply chain.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing best practices in demand planning.
Facilitate monthly demand reviews and product reviews with relevant sales units while managing the phase-in and phase-out process between front-end sales and the RDC.



Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in demand planning or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in SAP and SAP APO (Anaplan is a plus).
Advanced Excel skills (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Your role and responsibilities

Cylon är kraftfullt och flexibelt system för HVAC-lösningar inom kommersiella och industriella byggnader. Inventory performance
Analyses excess and obsolete/aging inventory. Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and Procurement and Logistics.
Inventory controls
Manages MRP (Materials Resource Planning) exception messages on a daily basis. Supports cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting. Conducts financial risk assessments decisions relating to inventory, conducts root case analysis when necessary.

Kvalifikationer för rollen
Du har erfarenhet som servicetekniker/ingenjör på UPS service alternativt som underhållselektriker vid industrianläggningar eller liknande verksamhet.
Du kan läsa såväl mekaniska som elektriska ritningar och är du även en van användare av datorer och mätinstrument.
Erfarenhet av att ha arbetet med elektroniska kort/PCB reparationer tidigare är meriterande.
Erfarenhet av anläggningskonstruktion, idrifttagning och provning är meriterande.
Du behärskar både engelska och svenska i tal och skrift.
Eftersom resor ingår i tjänsten är det viktigt att du trivs med en rörlig tillvaro.
Du gillar att arbeta både mekaniskt och praktiskt med att skruva och fixa som med elektrisk provning och felsökning.
Du har B-körkort, kan använda dator inom arbetet och vet hur man hanterar och tolkar mätdata.

Your responsibilities
Strategy: Responsible for the cluster implementation of Global and Hub customer operations strategy. Make optimization plans to increase operational excellence and customer satisfaction in the sales process. Build long-term customer’s relationship.
Performance target: Focus on achievement of the assigned targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on ROTD, Time to Book lead time, Customers Cases closing lead-time, % of digital vs manual orders, One Order-One delivery, clean orders % (executable backlog), NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Order Handling: Develop and ensure the deployment of order entry and order management processes: Customers master data and pricing management, orders acknowledgment, orders changes, delivery notes generation, credit limit administration, orders/customers block management, implementation of best practices.
Customer support: Implement in the cluster units post-sales support processes and best practices to ensure a fast resolution of material and non-material related customer’s cases (e.g., order booking, technical and delivery complaints, delay in delivery). Lead the cluster implementation of Customer’s Cases management program. Ensure that the required trainings are planned and delivered to personnel.
Fit-gap solutions/assessment: Lead detailed gap analysis across the customer support processes and provide solutions to reach and exceed expected service level at optimized costs by utilizing lean six-sigma assessment methods and tools. Analyze end to end processes and increase level of automation that leads to simple, fast processes and higher customer satisfaction.
HSE: Ensure that Group and local health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives are understood and implemented.
Standards and governance: Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations execution.
People leadership and development: Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, and directed. Build an effective, capable, and high performing organization that cooperates with Local Sales Organizations, supplying units, logistics providers and customers.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent work experience.

As an IS Application Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the local Information Systems team, supporting our SAP system in Sweden.

Your responsibilities
Translate business needs into feasible solution architecture requirements adhering to organization standards by working closely with stakeholders and various business contacts.
Close collaboration with domain solution architects and leaders to elaborate requirements and designs that address specific business challenges will be needed.
At the same time, having the ability to set direction, technical scope and to build / lead teams of technical individuals and manage their technical deliverables and drive vendor teams to deliver solutions in accordance with quality standards and within budget & timelines.
You will also work closely with other members of the local SAP team to ensure that logical and technical architectures support SAP COE standards and requirements, ensuring compatibility with other areas.
Supporting the transformation of the business through SAP standard process adoption and delivery in ERP rollouts is crucial in all aspects should always be the guiding principle.
You will also need strong process adherence to fulfill all documentation controls for new process introductions and process management controls.

Your background
8-10 years of experience in SAP technical design and end-user support. Preferably even development experience.

The Material Planner has the key role in creating the baseline for our performance, a balanced supply and demand. This mission is achieved by balancing and improving five metrics: customer on-time delivery, inventory, lead-time, forecast accuracy and resource optimization. Reporting to the Planning and Fulfillment Manager, you will set inventory parameters and inventory targets, while make sure that the adequate replenishment of inventory is ensured.
Your responsibilities
Segmenting the materials portfolio through ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy, and defining inventory policies
Calculating and maintaining inventory parameters in planning systems and ERP systems: safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies
Working with buyers to get the best supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), quality, lead time, and flexibility
Working with operations buyers and our Global Business Services center to align planning of material with call offs and ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders
Managing materials resource planning exception messages and assist in cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting
Performing inventory sanity checks and conducting financial risk assessments relating to inventory, and root cause evaluation when necessary
Evaluating excess and obsolete/aging inventory, and taking appropriate action with others to optimize inventory performance

Your background
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Environment
Degree in logistics/supply chain/business management
Broad understanding and knowledge in end-to-end demand and supply chain
Robust experience in SAP/ECC and SAP/APO or similar ERP applications
Understanding of supply chain planning parameters, master data, and master data integrity & quality
Teamwork and collaborative focus. Experience on managing collaboration across global teams. Ability to function in a high volume setting with tight deadlines
Excellent communications and collaboration skills
Attention to details with strong focus on Lean processes and tools
Ability to identify root causes of errors and appropriate corrective actions
Fluent English and Swedish

As a Transport & Trade Specialist, you will supervise and develop forwarders performances in compliance with regulations, company’s guidelines and procedures.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Operation Manager, you will ensure goods are received and shipped whilst meeting quality, legal and costs parameters. You will also develop, maintain and improve transport/documentation processes to optimize outbound and/or inbound processes and delivery of goods to external and internal clients.


Your responsibilities
Support the selection process of forwarders and customs brokers. Collaborate with the warehouse team or 3PL (third-party logistics provider) to verify that all relevant processes for unloading/loading are in place, controlled and documented. Help to ensure continuous review and improvement. Create if needed policies or procedures for logistics activities and their compliance.
Work closely with transport service providers and customs brokers to assure efficient and effective execution of processes, assists in obtaining necessary transport permits and codes and prepares proper transportation paperwork and import / export documentation.
Verify the accuracy of billing and documentation issued by the forwarders (KPIs, costs, etc.) and prepares transportation performances reporting.
Supervise forwarders daily performance and cost, acting to ensure respect of associated KPIs. Control and monitor system interfaces with forwarders and supervise all transportation related plans and processes.
Responsible for issues resolutions with the forwarders including service quality, claims (forwarder) etc. Ensures that the import, inbound, outbound and export documentation is properly managed and resolves operational issues.



Your background
Degree with at least 3-4 years experience in logistics/transportation area, preferably in a similar industry.
Logistics experience and knowledge in import/export procedure for non-EU will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of business analytics and reporting would be an added advantage.
Attention to details with strong focus on lean processes.
Ability to identify root causes of errors and appropriate corrective actions.
Customer service oriented with good spoken and written skill in English (knowledge in Swedish is an advantage). Ability to take challenges and pressure.

In this Planning & Fulfillment role you will be responsible for purchasing goods from internal (feeder factories) and external suppliers according to delivery schedule, transportation mode, price, special requirements, terms and conditions. Your responsibilities
Order release: Releasing purchase requisitions and initiating purchase orders in the system in alignment with customer requirements (based on ERP and standard operation procedures). Monitoring suppliers´ order acknowledgments and dispatch advices along with the inbound freight, customs clearance and local transportation processes.
Order expediting: Monitoring the purchase orders backlog and performing regular expediting activities with internal and external suppliers in order to ensure the customer on time delivery. Handling of urgencies, minimizing the late backlog, proactively identifying root causes and recovery plans.
Goods received: Tracking goods received at the warehouse in order to verify appropriate delivery, ensuring invoice processing and service level to the customer. Managing inbound non-conformance reports and discrepancies with suppliers.
Interface: Monitoring the interface with suppliers’ systems (e.g. EDI messages) and resolving errors in order to ensure data quality / accuracy and operations continuity.
Performance: Creating and updating suppliers´ performances reports. Overseeing supplier performances (on time delivery, quality, lead time, reverse logistics, planning parameters), conducting periodical performance reviews, and resolving related issues.
Collaboration: Developing effective communication and relations with suppliers and with other stakeholders (e.g. logistics team, materials planners, etc).

The Order Management Specialist is the first point of contact for customers and business partners of ABB Electrification in Sweden. Your mission is to make sure customers get the best possible experience while doing business with us, by helping and supporting them from order to invoice, and by ensuring that all their inquiries get timely and professionally answered.
Reporting to the Swedish Customer Operations Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid the Swedish Sales team by reacting to customer inquiries. Your main focus area would be our internal customers.
Your responsibilities
Deliver effective solutions to customers with order-related queries by coordinating with internal resources to resolve the issue.
Proactively monitor the status of orders, deliveries, and invoicing processes.
Be accountable for clear, continuous and complete communication to customers.
Ensure that all customer inquiries are solved in a timely manner and provide assistance in any necessary escalation and expediting.
Ensure positive customer experience by giving customers regular updates, clarifications, and explanations.
Master Customer Operations processes and policies to ensure consistency and effectivity in all our deliverables.
Act as a subject matter expert in our ERP system and all other customer support tools.
Think out of the box, identify improvement areas and new service development possibilities.

Your background
5 or more years of experience in Customer Operations/Customer Services working with order handling, customer communication and delivery monitoring and follow-up.
An agile and proactive approach, with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues.
Ability to handle many tasks at the same time with great self-management skills and openness to changes.
Good analytical skills and ability to work in a structured way towards hard deadlines.
Strong Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce.
Experience and understanding of customer segments, such as OEM, Panelbuilders and Machinebuilders is a plus.
A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills. Communication is the key of Customer Support for us.
Business Administration Degree or equivalent working experience.
Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike, is a must as you will be working as part of a global organization.

The Regional Distribution Center (RDC) Order Management Specialist is the first point of contact for our customer operations teams throughout the Northern European region. Acting as a back-office specialist, your mission is to make sure the RDC order flow is seamless and to identify and resolve possible issues with orders from our Local Sales Organizations.
Coordinating with the Local Customer Operations teams, you will have a key role in assuring the correctness and completeness of booked orders, and in overlooking speed and quality in deliveries to our ABB Electrifications customers in the region.
Reporting to the Northern Europe Customer Operations Manager and using your customer service skills and knowledge, you will aid all local support teams connected to the RDC.


Your responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for your colleagues in the region into the RDC Organization.
Work together with other RDC functions (Planning & Fulfillment, Logistic) to ensure the best possible service to the connected Local Teams.
Act as a subject matter expert in our ERP system and all other customer support tools and RDC Processes.
Think out of the box, identify improvement areas and new service development possibilities.



Your background
Business Administration Degree or equivalent working experience
At least three years of experience in Customer Operations/Customer Services working with order handling, customer communication, delivery monitoring and follow-up
Experience in Export processes (Custom procedures and documentation handling)
Strong Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce
An agile and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of customer issues
Ability to handle many tasks at the same time with great self-management skills and openness to changes
Good analytical skills and ability to work in a structured way towards hard deadlines
A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
Fluency in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike. Another Nordic language is a strong advantage.

As a Sales Support Manager, you will join our team in Västerås.
