Job description

To develop and create business relationships with new customers in a customization to the customers own metering systems/devices based of measurement of energy, energy quality, comfort and safety. Customers are Energy companies, OEM customers, Process facilities/Industries.

You will be in charge with approx responsibility for 2-6 persons. Working place is in Nyköping.

Required competences

* University or similar higher technical education
* Higher education in electrical and/or electronic engineering or other similar education deemed equivalent. Good IT skills in MS Office and CRM systems and English, which is the group language.
* Proven skills in technical sales of value-based products, preferably in electrical power/electronics for large customers. Thorough technical understanding and very good ability to educate the technical product/system that is well adapted to specific customer requirements.
* Important skills: Sales skills, technical skills, and marketing skills
* Familiar with monthly reporting and participating in VC-meetings with international colleagues.
* Swedish and fluent in English. English is the group language; all documentation and training is in English.
* Leading skills with excellent competence in motivating people.

I din roll som mjukvaruutvecklare inom Technology Exploration Group kommer du att arbeta tillsammans med dina kollegor i förutvecklingsprojekt med ny teknik genom att ta fram prototyper och demonstrationer. Med moderna utvecklingsmetoder tar du fram återanvändbar kod och bygger vidare på vår plattform.

För att trivas i rollen ska du vara en kreativ problemlösare som trivs att arbeta i projektform och har stort intresse och kunskap kring programmering av inbyggda system. Du har högskoleutbildning inom data-, systemvetenskap, elektroteknik eller elkraft. Vi söker två erfarna mjukvaruutvecklare men är ev. öppna för mindre erfarna men med ett starkt intresse. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i C/C++ och kompetens i objektorienterad programmering, design och arkitektur. Det är meriterande om du har kunskap om IoT, mbed, Zephyr samt CI/CD.

Som person är du innovativ, driven och engagerad, har ett systematiskt och strukturerat arbetssätt och trivs med att designa, vidareutveckla och kvalitetssäkra mjukvaruplattformen som produktfloran delar. Du kommer att ha många kontaktytor inom projekten, så dina sociala egenskaper är viktiga. Då arbetet kommer att innebära internationella kontakter är du bekväm med att uttrycka dig i engelska i både tal och skrift samt flytande svenska.
